Carol Crawford, detail from Atlantis, 1995-2010, mixed media, 38 x 12 inches Carol Crawford, adjunct assistant professor, Interior Design, will show her mixed media constructions and photographs in an exhibition, titled “Another Time, Another Place,” at Atlantic Gallery in Chelsea, New York, from November 2–27. Crawford’s three-dimensional landscapes are intended as visual metaphors for the passage of time. She will be at the gallery every Saturday from noon to 6 PM and at opening receptions Tuesday, November 2, and Saturday, November 13, from 5–8 PM.

Jon Weiman, adjunct professor, Undergraduate Communications Design, has received a 2010 American Graphic Design Award from Graphic Design USA and a 2010 Certificate of Excellence Award from the Art Directors Club of New Jersey's 47th Annual Awards Competition. Both awards were for a brochure design for Pink Lotus, jewelry inspired by ancient cultures.
